While Stitchoholic.com strives to provide accurate pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur.
We do our best to provide you with great value on the Site. Stitchoholic.com does not price match with any other online or offline retailer. We strive to maintain highly competitive prices and review them regularly in order to serve you with great values, every day.
Customers employing mobile devices to browse the Site may encounter pricing or availability information that is either outdated or inaccurate. Accordingly, pricing and availability remain subject to confirmation at checkout for mobile users.
Shipping charges:
These are applied as per weight and vary from city to city. The minimum charges are calculated for you and are shown on the final review of your order page before you pay for the goods. The final delivery charge will be calculated prior to the dispatch of the product(s) and if different from the charge shown on “the final review of your order” page you will be informed of the final delivery charges.
Refund Policy
At Stitchoholic.com, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. You can always return items if they are defective or sent incorrectly. Please know that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. Items that have any stains, emit, body order, or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
There shall be a 10% handling charge of the total price on all orders accepted for a refund.
There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.
Colors
We have made significant efforts to accurately display the colors of our products that appear on Stitchoholic. pk. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Privacy
You acknowledge that any personal information that you provide through this Site will be used by Stitchoholic.com in accordance with Stitchoholic. pk, privacy policy.

These Terms of Use represent the complete agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements and representations between them.
